Security Cameras & Audio Recording Devices
Our condo building entry gates, hallways, and apartment door all have cameras, which record video footage of people entering and leaving the building and apartment. The apartment is monitored for noise levels to ensure respect for our neighbors. There are no cameras anywhere inside private spaces.
Carbon Monoxide & Smoke/Fire Alarm
We have installed a combo smoke & carbon monoxide alarm in the private unit, and the condominium building hallways all have fire alarms and fire extinguishers. Any unusual smoke or CO levels will notify our team and local first-responders immediately, in the case of an incident.
Access to the unit via electronic lock with unique access code for the apartment door, changed for every guest. Video doorbell, recording entry and exit of all visitors to the unit.
